It has been my one consistent passion. I am challenged by making use of materials available to me. It is satisfying to turn something ordinary into something special.

Melly graduated with an Art Education degree from Illinois State University and has been residing, working, raising three happy children, a menagerie of animals and one husband on Chicago’s north shore for almost 30 years. All the while, she has made her art. Whether it has been children’s clothing, hand painted fabrics, wall art or painted furniture, it has all lead to the opening of Turn The Tables Studio.
